We offer 30 DAYS Hassle-free return & exchange Policy. But please note that only the Non-Altered Wig can be exchanged/returned!

For those self-return or self-exchange, our customer service have rights to refuse.

What wigs can be returned?
Free Return for eligible wigs only (Non-Altered Wig: No lace cutting (for orders without lace cutting service), no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye). 

Contact aprilshowerpowersalon@gmail.com within 30 days once receiving
package from us. Our customer service would process your return request within 48 hours.
 
Attention please:

Tracking number for the returned package needs to be provided within 7 days from the day CSR give the return
address. The Return Postage is paid by the buyer. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange/return is necessary.

For those self-return or self-exchange, our customer service have a right to refuse.
